Expedition Samoyeds.....These are our Samoyed Dogs...something of a rogues gallery of our dogs and our outdoor adventures. We have documented some of our adventures in a effort to give folks ideas about what they can do with their Samoyed Dogs (or any other Northern Breed for that matter). Even Denise taking a nose dive off a cliff (pic below) is something we laugh about now. Our main focus is to educate the public about the Samoyed Dog. Whether it is the dog's history, it's working abilities, proper care for this type of dog, we try to educate folks. It's very important the public is aware of what this type of dog requires so that they don't continue to show up in rescue situations. Fortunately, when they do, there are groups like San Francisco Samoyed Rescue and Northern California Samoyed Fanciers.

For everything you ever wanted to know about Samoyed Dogs, go to the Homepages of the Samoyed Dog Website and peruse the several sub-sites. Our intention for this site was to get all of the information available about the Samoyed Dog together in one place. A sort of one stop shopping experience for information about the dog. The Samoyed Club of America, the Organization for the Working Samoyed, the National Samoyed Rescue, San Francisco Samoyed Rescue and a number of other Samoyed Dog related sites are accessed there.

This is the meteorite that I discovered on it's way to earth.

OK, it really isn't a meteorite, but it sure as heck felt like one. This is actually one of my kidney stones ! In reality, it's about three millimeters in diameter. I passed this in a Rest Stop alongside Interstate Highway 5 in Norther California.
